Realen Properties has worked for the past 15 years to redevelop a former golf course adjacent to the King of Prussia Mall into a live/work/play town center development. This will be the office component of this development, which already has seen its residential, retail and medical components constructed. This office portion will contain 763,000 sf of offices and 1,075,200 sf of garage, holding 3100 cars, to be constructed in two similar phases. The project has been a tremendous success, and the office portion will fulfill the intention of creating a true live/work community.
