Radnor Property Group was the developer of this academic office building just off of North Broad Street in a rapidly redeveloping section of Philadelphia. The purpose of the building was to locate a number of programs from the Temple University College of Education that have a community outreach function into an off campus building within the North Philadelphia neighborhood that is the target community.  Community dental clinic run by the Kornberg School of Dentistry was also included in the program. An early learning center to serve the neighborhood would have occupied most of the ground floor of the building, with entry at the southeast corner. The office floors above had a separate entry at the southwest corner. The site was across the street from the north edge of the main campus. A new office building has not been built in this section of North Philadelphia in many years. This represents both a vote of confidence in a rebounding neighborhood and a commitment to its future.
