We designed this project to transform the industrial site on Manayunk’s Venice Island, formerly occupied by Connelly Containers, into a 270 unit low-rise apartment complex. Directly adjacent to the center of the bustling Manayunk neighborhood, the design of the new structure was intended to integrate into the character of the place.

Amenities included a grand lobby, pool, and club. A 2-level structured parking garage for 575 cars formed the base of the complex.
