Size: 14,400 SF
Cost: $2,900,000
Completion: 2019

Located at the intersection of 32nd and Summer Streets, these 3 low-rise residential buildings consist of 12 for-sale condominiums of approximately 1,200 SF each. All units have 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a yard or roof deck amenity space, and a luxurious appliance and fixture package. They were planned as part of the development of the adjacent 16 story apartment building as a way of mitigating between the tower and the existing low-rise residential neighborhood to the north. The residences are adjacent to Drexel University’s campus and in close proximity to 30th Street Station, the Philadelphia Art Museum, and the Schuylkill River Bike Trail.

Initial issues with permitting resulted in the client bringing in MY Architecture to oversee construction. The project was brought to a successful completion at the beginning of 2019, with all units sold and occupied.
