Randor Property Group is the developer, owner and asset manager of this public/private partnership with a Main Line congregation to create a mixed-used building that combines 54 income producing apartments with 174 parking spaces for the residents, church and community.
This Main Line Church has embarked on a program to ensure the long-term well-being of its mission and historic facilities.
The project aims to boost the current balance sheet of the church and its long-term endowment, solve existing stormwater issues, enhance the sense of arrival to the church from all of those arriving by car, and heal the traditional town fabric by removing surface parking and building a structure that blends with the historic surroundings.
