Dranoff Properties’ second partnership with SBE Entertainment Group is located on the same block from their highly anticipated The International at SLS Philadelphia Hotel & Residences development on the Avenue of the Arts. The 22-story tower will boast 83 modern apartments, 76 high-end hotel rooms and underground parking, as well as a ground floor restaurant and a separate restaurant on the 23rd floor roof offering spectacular views of the Center City skyline. The tower’s sleek design will include glazed, industrial-style windows, brick piers, stone base, and metal panels at the upper floors and cornice.

The two hotels in the same block by the same owners are differentiated by their brand. The SLS Hotel is extremely high-end as are the condominiums in the same building and oriented towards an international cosmopolitan clientele. The Hyde Hotel will emphasize the authenticity of a local experience, infused with local art, attitudes, climate and culture. The accompanying residences are rentals.
