Hagen Construction is a premier carpentry, drywall and plaster contractor in the Philadelphia region. They desired to consolidate their operations at their warehouse. This project renovated the existing outdated office space and added a dramatic new three story addition.

The addition was self-built by the company. As such it creates a new up to date identity for the property that speaks to the company’s values: professionalism, integrity and craftsmanship. The ground floor contains reception, offices, printing, and a company fitness center. The bulk of the offices are on the second floor and the owner’s office occupies the third floor. The three story glazed façade faces the intersection of two major streets, becoming the public face of the company.
