This mixed use development in one of the Philadelphia area’s fastest growing markets consisted of four separate buildings linked together into a cohesive complex. It formed a new town square in front of an existing church that faces the complex from the opposite side of Elm Street. Facing the squarre on the site are a 154 room hotel, a 9 floor office building, and, as the center piece, a trading facility.
Thanking advantage of the existing steep slopes, a 5 level 1,100 car parking garage liews underneath the trading facililty, hidden from view. This lifts the trading facililttly up to take advantage of magnificent views to the Schuylkill River. The garage is designed to allow for the expansion of the trading facility to either side.
