This was a developer proposal that was an attempt to lure the world renowned Club Med company to establish one of their all inclusive resorts in Orlando, FL. It was designed in the Spanish Colonial style appropriate for Florida. The hotel units were located in courtyard buildings that stepped away from the central common functions, grouped around swimming pools. A separate courtyard contained a pool for children. Athletic facilities were located on both sides of the central complex.
