White Plains is a the county seat of Westchester County, an inner suburb of New York City. Boulevard 22 represents the centerpiece of White Plains’ retail corridor revitalization. It is a mixed use development across several blocks which will establish a robust connection between disparate existing and proposed development along Post Road.
The proposed development provides for retail, residential, office, and structured parking. Retail and restaurant entrances along Post Road encourage pedestrian activity and create an active gateway for those driving into White Plains. A crystalline glazed atrium at the center of the development welcomes patrons to second floor retailers and connects to structured parking for over 1,500 cars. An office building occupies a vacant lot on the opposite side of Post Road.
On the opposite side of the development, 330 residential units in several buildings screen the parking structure from the adjacent residential area.
