Arthaus is a new residential condominium development by Dranoff Properties on the Avenue of the Arts opposite the Kimmel Center. Upon completion, Arthaus will be the top of the line condominium development in Philadelphia. It will create a private, lush sanctuary in the heart of the cultural and arts mecca of Center City.

While under construction, a sales center was required that reflected the brand and quality of Dranoff Properties and the future residences, both of which will have no equal in the local market. Located a block from the site within Symphony House, an earlier ground breaking condominium development of Dranoff Properties, the sales center must communicate the vision of living among a vibrant community of art patrons and artists, about being an integral part of the Philadelphia’s arts scene.
