Lindy Communities is one of the premier owners and operators of apartment communities in Philadelphia and its suburbs. They have also expanded to Florida and Ohio.

At an existing site that currently has 400 units, two new buildings are being added. One building will have 83 units and the other will have 97, for 180 total. There is a mixture of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Every unit has a balcony or sunroom. All parking is on grade outside.

The existing clubhouse at the property is to be replaced to make room for this expansion. The new clubhouse will be more centrally located within the community, becoming a front door to the complex. The new clubhouse will contain a two story clubroom, a two story fitness center with running track, yoga studio, TV lounge, game room with sports simulator, media room, business center, café with indoor and outdoor dining and a private dining room, and the marketing center.

This property has acres of pristine meadows and ponds that connect to local park land, a nature lover’s paradise. The new apartment and clubhouse buildings emphasize a connection to nature with designs that speak to the landscape, with an exterior palette of wood, shingles and board and batten siding. The new clubhouse has an exposed structure in the two story spaces of heavy timber.
