3601 Market is a 28-story residential tower with 375 units in a slender tower turned 30 degrees from the city grid. It boasts a mix of two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studio apartments. A five story podium features over 14,600 SF of ground floor space for restaurant and retail tenants, parking for 200 vehicles and 140 bicycles.

Located on the University City Science Center campus, this tower provides sleek, modern apartments in the heart of the rapidly developing West Philadelphia university neighborhood, targeted to graduate students, doctors, nurses, professors and young professionals. 3601 Market has transformed the Science Center into a vibrant, 24/7 urban neighborhood. Amenities for the tenants include a fitness room, a yoga studio, study rooms, a communal living room and an outdoor pool deck outfitted with lounge chairs, cabanas, a bar area and grilling areas.
