First Upscale Highrise In Newark Since 1960, One Theater Square Poised To Begin Construction

NEWARK, NJ—The 22-story project, on 1.2 acres across from NJPAC and Military Park, will consist of 245 units. The $116-million project has been financed through contributions from the city of Newark; the state of New Jersey; Prudential Financial; Fifth Third Bank; the developer and NJPAC.
