Imagine that you could combine everything you love about your gym, spa, and country club into one dreamy urban Eden. Larry Korman, co-CEO of Korman Communities, did just that for the new AKA University City at Cira Centre South. Dubbed Level 28, the posh amenities floor—”a first of its kind in Philly,” says Korman—is open to both private members and residents of the property’s 268 hotel rooms and apartments. Here, Korman offers a look around.

RELAX.
A 72-foot stainless-steel pool, on-site Technogym fitness training, yoga, and massage therapy round out Level 28’s wellness package. “The enclosed pool deck is the perfect spot to knock out emails or relax in the evening,” says Korman.

RESET.
Korman worked closely with architects to create the landscaped terrace, a 5,000-square-foot getaway with unrivaled views of the city skyline. “We wanted to ensure the space was as tranquil as possible, with sleek wood furnishings, abundant greenery and flowers, fire features, wine service, and more.”

RECREATE.
